Data retention periods
- Account and associated data: kept for as long as you use the service, then deleted no later than 2 years after your last activity — a single threshold, identical for all accounts (free and paid).
- Erasure on request: your account is deactivated immediately, then permanently erased after a 30-day grace period.
- Compliance data (consent proof, security audit logs): kept, anonymized where applicable, for up to 3 years, to meet our legal obligations.
